Trail updates, staff notes, and current weather
Spring has come to the Methow and with it hiking, running, and riding conditions are in! All trails are open for summer uses and clear of snow in Mazama and Winthrop with nearly all trails are snow free up at Sun Mtn and limited snow patches in the Rendezvous. The wildflowers are just starting to pop and the trees starting to leaf out in most areas.
Our crews are working hard getting all trails cleared and draining properly while continuing a long summer season of treadwork, thinning, and improvements throughout the network. Stay turned here for current trail reports throughout the summer on whats good and what we are working on.
